A Collaborative, Humanistic, and Person-Centered Approach
I help individuals, couples, and families who long for less conflict in their relationships, have intimacy problems, are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicide loss or other issues, as well as those who are going through life transitions or are pursuing personal growth and happiness.
I trained in family therapy at the Ackerman Institute, where I taught for many years. More recently, I trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with Charlie Swenson.
I care about human rights, social justice, and the environment.
